The Animal was seeing triple at Armageddon, chasing Edge’s identical twins (identified as Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder). He picked up two wins over the Rated-R trio on SmackDown, but no title.

The ECW Champion lost a tough battle to Big Daddy V and Mark Henry at Armageddon, but picked up a DQ win over the United States Champion, MVP on ECW and a 6-man tag win on SmackDown.

RANDY ORTON 

The Legend Killer received a hand from JBL to save his title from the Second Coming at Armageddon. Then he was pinned by Jeff Hardy on Raw in tag team action.

TRIPLE H   

Still stung by Jeff Hardy’s victory over him at Armageddon, The Game destroyed Raw GM William Regal and Jonathan Coachman after mocking the manic Mr. McMahon.

REY MYSTERIO 

The extreme luchador came so close to winning the United States Title at Armageddon, but MVP walked away. Mysterio picked up a win on SmackDown in 6-man tag team action.

UNDERTAKER 

The Deadman was also perplexed by the multiple Edges at Armageddon. In the end, the real Edge capitalized off of Undertaker’s Tombstone of The Animal and scored the winning pinfall.

EDGE

The Rated-R Superstar rockets 12 spots up the P25 as the new World Heavyweight Champion. The only thing more scary than Edge’s rapid rise is his makeout sessions with GM Vickie Guerrero. Ick!

SHAWN MICHAELS 

Shawn Michaels took advantage of Mr. Kennedy’s injured hand at Armageddon to slip in Sweet Chin Music for the win. He picked up another win over his loudmouth advisory on Raw in tag action.

JOHN MORRISON 

The WWE Tag Team Champion hit a bump in the road as they lost to Jimmy Wang Yang and Shannon Moore in a non-title matchup on ECW on Sci Fi.

KANE  

The Big Red Machine had a split week, falling to Big Daddy V and Mark Henry in tag-team action at Armageddon, but notched a 6-man tag win on SmackDown.

The Women’s Champion showed her strength at Armageddon, fending off a strong challenge from Mickie James.

Matt Striker’s gargantuan grappler defeated CM Punk and Kane at Armageddon, but lost in 6-man tag action on SmackDown.

The U.S. Champion pulled off a three-loss trifecta this week. He lost by count-out to Rey Mysterio at Armageddon, by DQ to CM Punk on ECW, and lost by pinfall in a 6-man tag match on SmackDown.

FINLAY 

The Belfast Brawler got a giant hand from Hornswoggle to defeat The Great Khali at Armageddon and on SmackDown in tag-team action.

Chris Jericho’s championship dreams were shattered by JBL’s boot at Armageddon as the SmackDown commentator interfered. With JBL coming to Raw, Y2J can’t wait to get his hands on his Armani-suited frame.

The lucky leprechaun dished out some assistance to Finlay at Armageddon, which helped his associate defeat the Punjabi giant. They teamed together to be the giant and Ranjin Singh on SmackDown.

Kennedy’s quest for respect from Shawn Michaels hit a snag … more like a superkick … at Armageddon. He also was on the losing end against HBK on Raw in tag-team action.

The World Tag Team Champions were successful in their first title defense against the former champs, Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch.

The Samoan Bulldozer hit the wall in his efforts to retire the Nature Boy. Unfortunately, the wall did not survive, as Umaga wrecked the ringside barrier, leading to a count-out win for Ric Flair.

The ECW newcomer showed off his power and prowess against a Rochester, N.Y. local in their first match. Not surprisingly, the former Intercontinental Champion dominated.

The Indian colossus has hit a streak of bad luck, losing twice to the “green team” of Finlay and Hornswoggle.
